Gym Leg Day

Giant set format ( 4 exercises no rest ) 2 – 3 Minute rest between each set. 30 minute timer stop as soon as you hit 30 minutes

Warm up:

30 Squats

20 lunges

10 pulse squats

Barbell squats 15 reps

Dumbell lunges 10 reps

Dumbell deadlifts 10 reps

Barbell 1 & 1/4’s 10 reps

Rest. Repeat as many times as possible within 30 minutes.
