Take a Before Picture (Update your picture every 5 weeks)

Top Tip: 

  • Take the picture against a neutral background 
  • Have a picture from the front, side and back
  • Make sure your are in a well lit space
  • Upload to your STATS page

Weighing Days (Weigh once a week)

  • Pick a day and time to weigh
  • Try do it in the morning before your cheat day
  • Follow the same routine on weigh day 
  • Wear roughly the same clothes
  • DO NOT WEIGH ON ANY OTHER DAY OR TIME!!!

Measurements (Measure your self every 5 weeks when you up date your picture)

Measure:

  • Chest
  • Upper arm
  • Waist
  • Hips
  • Top of the leg

Goal setting:
